Due to high demand and our goal of giving all guests the chance to participate, each ticket includes access to one class only. If you’d like to join multiple classes, please purchase a ticket for each class.

All complimentary services or sponsor activations are first come, first served. Not all guests are guaranteed access to each service.

1. Acknowledgement of Participation

I voluntarily choose to participate in The Reset Lab event (“Event”), which may include but is not limited to:
• Fitness classes (Pilates, Barre, HIIT, Stretching, Mobility, etc.)
• Cold plunges / contrast therapy
• Wellness, recovery, or mindfulness activities
• Vendor activations including facials, massages, cupping, IV hydration, B12 shots, red-light therapy, etc.
• Interaction with various equipment, props, furniture, and installations

I understand the Event involves physical activity and wellness services that carry inherent risks.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that participation in any physical activity or wellness service involves risks of injury, illness, or discomfort, including but not limited to:
• Slips, falls, strains, sprains, or muscle injuries
• Dizziness, fainting, or dehydration
• Reactions to cold exposure (including cold plunge)
• Reactions to vendor-provided services (including skincare, massage, cupping, IVs, etc.)

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in The Reset Lab and all related activities.

3. Health Representation

By signing this waiver, I confirm that:
• I am physically and medically able to participate in this Event.
• I do not have any condition that would make participation unsafe for myself or others.
• I will modify or discontinue activities if I experience pain, discomfort, or medical concerns.
• I will inform staff of any relevant conditions prior to engaging in activities (including allergies, injuries, pregnancy, etc.).

The Reset Lab does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Release of Liability

In consideration of my participation, I hereby release and hold harmless:
The Reset Lab, its founder(s), instructors, volunteers, vendors, venue partners, sponsors, contractors, and affiliates
from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of:
• Injury
• Illness
• Property damage
• Loss
• Death
that may occur as a result of my participation in this Event.

This release extends to all activities—exercise-related, wellness-related, or recreational.

5. Vendor Services & Third-Party Providers

I understand that certain services (IV hydration, facials, massage, cupping, etc.) are provided by independent third-party vendors, not by The Reset Lab.

I agree that The Reset Lab is not responsible or liable for any services, treatments, or products provided by vendors.

6. Cold Plunge Waiver

I understand that cold exposure may cause:
• Rapid heart rate
• Changes in blood pressure
• Breathing difficulty
• Numbness
• Lightheadedness
• Other physical stress responses

I agree that I am participating voluntarily and will exit immediately if I experience discomfort or concern.

I acknowledge that cold plunges are not recommended for individuals with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy, or certain medical risks.

7. Photo, Video & Content Release

I grant The Reset Lab and its partners permission to capture and use:
• Photos
• Videos
• Audio recordings
• Social media content

For promotional, marketing, or commercial use.
I understand there is no compensation for such usage.

8. Alcohol-Free Event Acknowledgement

I understand that The Reset Lab events are strictly alcohol-free.
I agree not to bring alcohol or attend under the influence.

9. Insurance Ticket Policy

If I registered using insurance:
I understand that insurance MUST be verified and approved prior to the event.
If my insurance is not verified, I agree to purchase a standard ticket before entry.
