1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that participation in any Solstice Collective event may involve physical activities and wellness modalities such as, but not limited to: Pilates, yoga, breathwork, stretching, meditation, mobility, strength training, recovery experiences (including cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression, or other similar treatments), and social networking activities.

I recognize that these activities may carry inherent risks — including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, dehydration, dizziness, allergic reactions, or other unforeseen medical events. I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any risk, injury, or damage I may sustain as a result of participation, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

2. Health and Safety

I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
I agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or injuries to the event staff or instructors before participating.
I understand that I may stop participation at any time if I feel discomfort, pain, or distress, and I will immediately notify a Solstice Collective team member if such occurs.

3. Liability Release

In consideration for being allowed to participate in a Solstice Collective event, I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Solstice Collective, its founders, staff, instructors, vendors, sponsors, venue hosts, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation — including those arising from negligence.

This release extends to any and all claims of every kind or nature, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising directly or indirectly from my participation.

4. Media Release

I grant permission to Solstice Collective and its partners to photograph, film, or otherwise record my participation.
I consent to the use of my image, voice, or likeness for promotional, social media, and marketing purposes, without any form of compensation.

5. Ticketing, Refunds, and Weather

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are transferable but non-refundable.
Events are held rain or shine, and Solstice Collective reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or relocate events due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Any updates will be communicated via email, the SweatPals event page, or official Solstice Collective channels.

6. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Solstice Collective event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver and Release of Liability.
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or have obtained legal guardian consent to participate.
