## Overview

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with plant-powered yoga in Bierstadt’s indoor forest. ½ forest bathing meditation, ½ all-levels vinyasa.

Celebrate the **Winter Solstice**—the shortest day and a fresh turning point toward the light—with a cozy, plant-filled yoga morning at **Bierstadt Lagerhaus**. Surrounded by greenery in the brewery’s indoor forest room, you’ll ease into a mindful **forest bathing meditation** with your **new plant baby**, then flow through an **all-levels vinyasa** to warm the body and reset the mind. After class, clink glasses with your community over a **craft beer or non-alcoholic beverage**.



**What’s Included:**
✔️ 60 minutes of yoga + guided forest bathing (½ meditation, ½ vinyasa flow)
✔️ **One tap beer or N/A beverage**
✔️ **One plant baby** to take home (your solstice companion)

* **Class Duration: 11am - Noon**
* **Social Hour after to follow till 12:30**
* **Bring:** Yoga mat & water bottle (extra mats available first-come, first-served).
* **Wear:** Comfortable yoga clothes.
