All attendees will enjoy our signature flower crown-making workshop, a gua sha and lymphatic facial workshop led by Beverly Hills Wellness Center & Med Spa, Swedish-inspired bites and beverages, curated goodie bags, raffle giveaways, and plenty of opportunities to meet other amazing women in the community.

We've also planned lots of beautiful photo moments throughout the evening, professional event photography, and a videographer capturing the experience for all the girls who love documenting life's special moments. 📸✨

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities organized by With Love Wellness Club, including but not limited to Pilates classes, fitness activities, wellness workshops, flower crown workshops, beauty demonstrations, wellness experiences, food and beverage consumption, outdoor activities, and related event activities, involves inherent risks.

I voluntarily choose to participate and understand that these activities may involve risks including, but not limited to:

• Muscle soreness, strains, sprains, or other physical injuries
• Falls, slips, trips, or accidents
• Exposure to uneven terrain, weather conditions, heat, sun, wind, insects, or other environmental factors
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to food, beverages, flowers, plants, skincare products, cosmetics, supplements, or wellness products provided by vendors or sponsors
• Injuries resulting from participation in fitness or wellness activities
• Risks associated with using event equipment, props, or supplies

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Medical Acknowledgment

I certify that I am physically able to participate in the activities offered and have consulted with a healthcare provider if necessary regarding my participation.

I understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical condition throughout the event and will stop participating in any activity if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, illness, or other concerns.

I understand that With Love Wellness Club, its instructors, event hosts, sponsors, partners, vendors, and venue owners are not providing medical advice or treatment.

Food, Beverage & Product Disclaimer

I understand that food, beverages, supplements, skincare products, cosmetic products, flowers, and wellness products may be offered, sampled, demonstrated, or distributed during the event.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for me and for disclosing or managing any allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.

I release With Love Wellness Club and all participating sponsors, vendors, instructors, and partners from any liability related to allergic reactions, sensitivities, illnesses, or adverse effects arising from products consumed, sampled, applied, or used during the event.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless With Love Wellness Club LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, instructors, sponsors, vendors, venue partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence but does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photographs, videos, recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.

By participating, I grant With Love Wellness Club LLC, its partners, sponsors, and affiliates permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and appearance in photographs, videos, promotional materials, social media content, websites, advertisements, and future marketing materials without compensation or further approval.

Personal Property

I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and valuables during the event. With Love Wellness Club LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of an emergency, I authorize event organizers to seek emergency medical care on my behalf if I am unable to do so myself. I understand that any resulting medical expenses are my responsibility.

Agreement

I have carefully read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I understand that by signing below I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to sue.

I voluntarily agree to participate in this event and acknowledge that I am doing so at my own risk.
