Join us for our Friday morning walk or run in partnership with Seattle Swim Club! As always, all paces welcome, including walking if that’s more your speed. 

We will gather at 6:30am for intros and head out by 6:35am. When we get back at 7, we will plunge with Swim Club!

All paces welcome! We will walk or run for about 25 minutes before meeting back up for the plunge and social time. There is no pressure to plunge if you'd rather hang on the dock and enjoy coffee :)

***Reminders:***

1. Safety First, bring a headlamp/reflective gear (if needed). 

2. People over Pace, all paces and abilities are welcome and encouraged.

3. Everyone is welcome to stay for Swim Club and plunge, or hang on the dock. WNRR is not responsible for your safety at Swim Club. There is no lifeguard on duty. Jump at your own risk.
