Meeting at Deep Well Trail Head￼

WNRR Long Runs will vary based on running group and may change route/pacing accordingly. 
The goal is to stay together and stay in Zone 2,  as we will add more milage with the rest of Main Group if you wish to do some short Threshold/tempo work at 9:30 A.m. 

Meeting times are a Sharp 7:30 A.m. with short time for intros and OFF so we can be back in time for a short recovery before meeting the Main Group by 9:30
