We know making friends in SF is hard + everyone’s busy in SF, so we made it easy!&#x20;


Post-run recovery details 🧖‍♀️❄️

After the run, we’ll be heading to the studio for a group sauna + cold plunge experience. Please bring:

* \- A towel
* \- A clean change of clothes
* \- Flip flops (recommended)

We’ll have open access to the suites so everyone can move freely between sessions rather than doing private appointments. Most saunas fit 2 people comfortably (3 if needed), with one larger sauna fitting 3–4 people at a time. Cold plunges are single-person use, and everyone will be asked to rinse off before entering.&#x20;



Wet bags will be available for any damp clothes or towels you’d like to take home. There is one bathroom onsite, so plan accordingly.


We’ll have access to the space until 9:30am, so come hang, recover, and ease into the rest of your weekend with us 🤍
