Join us for WNRR Weekends! We will start intros at 9:35 and get started with running at around 9:40 to give a few minutes of buffer time. As always, all paces welcome and a walking group if that’s more your speed!

“Long Runs”  For those who 5k a day just enough! We will be adding 3-5 extra Miles on Saturday! 
 Will meet PROMPTLY at 7:30 am with quick intros and be off for an EASY(Zone 2) 
 4-8 miles. As we will get back by 9:15/20 for short recovery before running with the Main Group or peacing out to have a Great Day!
