Join us for Women of Strength, a special International Women’s Day experience created to honor, elevate, and empower the women in our community. This event brings together movement, mindfulness, and self-care through intentional partnerships with San Diego’s top wellness spaces—featuring yoga, breathwork, Pilates, spa elements, recovery modalities, and more.

This will be a day to reset your energy, reconnect with your inner power, and celebrate everything that makes you strong—mind, body, and spirit.
