By participating in this workout, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
	1.	I understand that group fitness training involves physical activity and carries the risk of injury. I affirm that I am in good health and capable of participating.
	2.	I voluntarily release Striive New Jersey, its organizers, coaches, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, or damages resulting from my participation.
	3.	I grant Striive New Jersey permission to capture and use any photos or videos taken during the workout for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and marketing content.
	4.	I understand that participation is at my own risk, and I take full responsibility for my health and safety during the session.
