🎉 Calling all women who love pickleball or are ready to *fall* in love with it! 🍁&#x20;
Whether you’re new to the game or already obsessed, this all-levels, women-only event is your invite to rally, connect, and celebrate the season with amazing women across San Diego.

Hosted by the **San Diego Pickleball Collective**, this event blends coaching, community, and costume-optional fun, no pressure, just play & socialize!

💕 What to Expect

* 🎾 **Mini clinics + organized play** led by **Pickleball with Joy** and **Coach Ginny**
  Optionally choose your session at registration whether you want a **Beginner Lesson**, **Dinks & Drills**, or **Live Ball Play** for 3.5+ players. (We'll have open play running the whole time too!)
* 🎃 **Fall theme fun!** Come dressed in costume if you’d like prizes for most festive looks!
* 🍿 **Fresh kettle corn** + refreshing drinks
* 💕 **A supportive, social, and welcoming community**
* 📸 **Photo ops and group play** with women across all levels
* 🎉 Balls provided by **Gearbox Pickleball &** we have extra paddles if you need to borrow one too!

Waiver Release Form

Barnes Tennis Center, owned and operated by Youth Tennis San Diego (a California non-profit), and San Diego Pickleball Collective (SDPC), provide programs (“Activities”) including but not limited to pickleball, tennis, fitness, yoga, and other exercises.

IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate in any Activity, I, for myself and on behalf of my representatives, heirs, and assigns:

Acknowledge that I understand the nature of the Activity and I am in good health and proper condition to participate. If I believe conditions are unsafe, I will stop participation.

Understand fully that:

Athletic activities involve risks of serious injury, including disability or death.

These risks may be caused by my actions or those of others, the facility, or negligence.

There may be unknown risks and losses, which I fully assume.

Release and discharge Barnes Tennis Center, Youth Tennis San Diego, San Diego Pickleball Collective, and all affiliated persons and parties (officers, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, advertisers, etc.) from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation, including negligence.

Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any litigation, costs, attorney fees, or damages resulting from any claim made by me or on my behalf despite this waiver.

Grant permission to Barnes Tennis Center and San Diego Pickleball Collective to authorize emergency medical treatment (including anesthesia and hospitalization) if needed. I understand efforts will be made to contact me and that I am financially responsible for any treatment provided.

San Diego Pickleball Collective may capture photographs and video footage during this event. By entering the premises, you grant SDPC the right to use these materials for promotional and marketing purposes across all platforms. If you wish to opt out, please inform Jon Matthews or Meagan Allers at check-in.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. I AM SIGNING IT FREELY, WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE RIGHTS I AM WAIVING.
