Next, shift your frequency with @salt.n.peppah’s transformative sound bath experience 🌀

& finally surrounded by farm animals & sisters, burn away what no longer serves you with a bonfire under the stars 🔥

Let your restrictions fade away & reclaim your wild power through nature & sisterhood ✨

No prior experience is necessary - just bring an open heart and a willingness to **embrace the wild within you** 🐆

Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
This Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability (the 'Agreement') is entered into by and between [COMPANY], hereinafter referred to as 'Company,' and the undersigned participant, hereinafter referred to as 'Participant.' By signing this document, Participant agrees to waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue Vibrant Soul, its employees, agents, partners, sponsors and affiliates.

Assumption of Risk
I, the Participant, fully understand and acknowledge that engaging in yoga with animals involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, illness, paralysis, or even death. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that may result from my participation in this activity.

Waiver of Liability and Release
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue [COMPANY]l, its owners, employees, agents, or representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in or traveling to/from this activity.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [COMPANY] from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from my participation in this activity.

Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency, I authorize [COMPANY] to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate care. I agree to be responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred.

Photo and Media Release
I hereby grant permission to [COMPANY], its representatives, and affiliates to photograph, film, or record me during the event. I understand that these images, videos, or recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product and understand that I will not receive compensation for the use of these images or recordings.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract, and I am signing it of my own free will.
