This Women's Sacral Circle is an intimate, grounded, and soul-deep space for women who are curious about their relationship to creativity, pleasure, and life-force energy as pathways to self-trust and embodiment (not something to fix, perform, or perfect).

In this women-only circle, we will explore teachings inspired by Tantra and sacred embodiment traditions as invitations into presence, awareness, and deeper connection with the body. Rather than striving for transcendence or “getting it right,” this gathering invites you into a compassionate relationship with your emotions, desires, intuition, and inner vitality exactly as they are.

Tantric philosophy teaches that all aspects of our experience can be met with presence and reverence, even the messy, tender, contradictory, or often unspoken parts of ourselves. Through conversation, gentle teaching, shared reflection, and a guided meditation focused on creative and sacral energy, we’ll reconnect with the sacral center, the seat of creativity, sensuality, intuition, and aliveness.

**The general flow of the circle will include:**

* Teachings inspired by Tantra, sacred embodiment, and energy awareness
* Honest, pressure-free sharing and connection with other women
* Reflection on your personal relationship to pleasure, desire, and receiving
* A guided meditation working with creative and life-force energy

You don’t have to perform, compare, or have a certain background or experience to attend. This is a space rooted in choice, consent, curiosity, and compassion.
