Join women’s nutrition coach and sound healer, Coleen Karpf, and chef and yoga teacher, Jennifer Otsuki, for a slow Sunday morning outdoors at Pease Park with gentle movement, sound healing, fresh homemade juice, and meaningful connection with other women.



This outdoor women’s gathering begins with a grounding, all-levels somatic yoga practice led by Jennifer, designed to calm the nervous system, help you reconnect to your body, and ease into your day with intention. Expect gentle, supportive movement focused on breath, mindfulness, and relaxation rather than fast-paced flow.



We’ll then settle into a restorative sound healing experience led by Coleen, featuring crystal singing bowls to support deep rest, clarity, and nervous system regulation.

Afterward, enjoy a fresh homemade juice prepared by Chef Jennifer with nourishing ingredients including beet, celery, carrot, and apple.
