Experience the rejuvenating rhythm of hot/cold contrast to support nervous system regulation, circulation, and mental clarity.

Reconnect with the earth and drop into your body with simple grounding practices.

**Special Activation: Restorative Stretch with StretchLab Round Rock**

This week, our friends from **StretchLab Round Rock** will join us for a *free* restorative stretching experience.
Expect gentle, assisted stretches, mobility education, and simple tools you can use at home to keep your body supported through long days, stress, travel, and the beautiful chaos of the season.

We’ll flow from our Circle grounding into this guided stretch session — an invitation to receive, soften, and unwind.
