Women’s Wellness Sculpt Pilates

✨ Sculpt Pilates & Sound Bath Women’s Wellness Event ✨

This International Women’s Month, step into a space created just for you. A space to move, to breathe, to reset and to celebrate the power of women coming together.

Join us for a beautiful two-in-one wellness experience designed to honor your body, calm your mind, and pour back into your cup. This isn’t just a fitness class , it’s a full wellness event where strength meets softness, and sweat meets deep rest.

You’ll start with an energizing 45 minute Sculpt Pilates class to tone, strengthen, and awaken your body. Then melt into a 20 minute sound bath experience with cold lavender & eucalyptus towels to help you fully unwind and reset your nervous system.

But the magic doesn’t stop there…

🌸 Connect in a room filled with supportive, empowering women
🌸 Enjoy goodie bags, mini protein pancakes, and social time
🌸 Capture the moment at our photo booth experience
🌸 Surprise sponsorship perks are in the works (yes… more than what’s on the flyer 👀)
🌸 Network, make new friends, and build real community

This event is about movement, rest, gratitude, and connection.
A moment to celebrate how far you’ve come.
A moment to honor the strength every woman carries into the room.
A moment to give back to you.

Spots will be limited to keep the experience intimate and high-quality.

💗 Come move.
💗 Come rest.
💗 Come celebrate the power of being a woman.

Reserve your spot and celebrate Women’s History Month with us. ✨
