Abide Well Collective is a women's faith + wellness gathering rooted in the heart of moving our bodies, learning who God created us to be, and living well together.
Our very first meetup is happening:

We'll start with a short devotional, followed a workout and a chance to connect with other women.
This is for all women - whether you're a believer or just curious and wanting a space to move, and be encouraged.
Come as you are. No need to bring anything (unless you have a yoga mat and water bottle!)
