This edition of the Workout & Worship is at a beautiful brand new gym in Blaine and includes a 45-minute strength training HYROX style workout (friendly to ALL fitness levels) with worship music blasting, followed up by charcuterie from Bee & Blossom charcuterie cart, bottled lattes, electrolyte-infused popsicles and protein cookies from Cookie Cruiser, a Bible study together and a sauna/cold plunge, compression boots, mini chair massages and a goodie bag from our sponsors!
