By purchasing a ticket, entering the premises, or participating in any activities at The Woods, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in activities at The Woods, including but not limited to roller skating, pickleball, dancing, and other recreational or event-related activities, involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other accidents.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Woods, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may occur while participating in activities or being present at The Woods.

3. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:
	•	Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
	•	Use equipment and facilities responsibly
	•	Refrain from reckless or unsafe behavior

I understand that failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.

4. Health & Fitness Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in activities and have no condition that would make participation unsafe. I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being.

5. Minors

If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and agree to all terms on their behalf. I accept full responsibility for the minor’s participation.

6. Photo & Media Release

I grant The Woods permission to use photos or videos taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

7. Outside Event Disclaimer

I understand that certain events hosted at The Woods may be independently organized. The Woods is not responsible for the content, programming, or management of independently hosted events.

8. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including failure to attend.

By purchasing a ticket, checking in, or entering the premises, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release.
