**REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY**

World of Wellness LLC d/b/a WOW Lake Nona

Every WOW event has a limited number of spots, and we plan staffing, space, vendors, and experiences around every ticket sold. This policy keeps things clear and fair for everyone. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to it.

**1. 24-Hour Refund Window**

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the event has not started. Email [**info@wowlakenona.com**](mailto:info@wowlakenona.com) with your name and order number.

**2. After 24 Hours**

All ticket sales are final once the 24-hour window closes. This applies to every ticket type, including General Admission, VIP, Run, and After Party tickets, and to any reason for not attending, including schedule conflicts, illness, travel issues, or a change of plans.

**3. Rain or Shine**

WOW events take place rain or shine. Weather is not grounds for a refund unless WOW cancels the event.

**4. If We Cancel**

If WOW cancels an event and does not reschedule it, every ticket holder receives a full refund to their original payment method. You do not need to request it.

**5. If We Reschedule**

If WOW moves an event to a new date, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 7 days of our announcement.

**6. Ticket Transfers**

Can’t make it? You may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost up to 48 hours before the event by emailing us the new attendee’s name and email address. The new attendee must sign the WOW participant waiver.

**7. Waiver and Conduct**

Every attendee must sign the WOW participant waiver before participating. Declining to sign the waiver, or being removed from the event for unsafe or disruptive conduct, does not qualify for a refund.

**8. Future Event Credit**

In special circumstances, WOW may offer a credit toward a future event. Credits are offered at WOW’s sole discretion, have no cash value, and are not a refund.

**9. Refund Processing**

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

WORLD OF WELLNESS
PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY,
ASSUMPTION OF RISK, INDEMNIFICATION & MEDIA RELEASE AGREEMENT
(State of Florida)
This Agreement is entered into by the undersigned participant and/or parent/legal guardi-an in favor of World of Wellness LLC d/b/a WOW Lake Nona, its owners, officers, direc-tors, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, affiliates, event partners, venue owners, landlords, and all related entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”).

This Agreement applies to participation in any World of Wellness activity, event, class, competition, recovery service, wellness experience, use of facilities, equipment, parking areas, sidewalks, vendor activations, and all related activities (collectively, the “Activi-ties”).
SECTION I – ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participant understands and acknowledges that the Activities involve inherent and signifi-cant risks that may result in serious injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. Risks include, but are not limited to:

• Muscle strains, sprains, tears, fractures
• Cardiovascular events including heart attack, stroke, or arrhythmia
• Rhabdomyolysis
• Heat exhaustion, dehydration, or hyperthermia
• Cold shock or hypothermia
• Slips, falls, and collisions
• Equipment malfunction
• Exposure to communicable illnesses, viruses, or bacteria
• Allergic or adverse reactions to foods, supplements, products, or services offered at the Activities
• Head injury, paralysis, permanent disability, or death

Participant understands that certain Activities involve elevated exertion levels, including high-intensity training, competitive fitness events, sauna use, cold plunges, contrast ther-apy, and rapid temperature changes.

Some services, products, samples, and activations are provided by independent vendors and sponsors. World of Wellness does not control, supervise, or endorse them, and a vendor may require its own separate waiver.

Participant voluntarily accepts and assumes all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown.
SECTION II – RELEASE OF LIABILITY (ADULT PARTICIPANTS ONLY)
FOR PARTICIPANTS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND AGREES NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIMS OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF PARTICI-PATION IN THE ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES.
SECTION III – PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES & INDEMNIFICA-TION
Participant agrees to:

• Follow all posted and verbal safety instructions
• Use equipment responsibly
• Refrain from participating while impaired by alcohol or drugs
• Immediately stop participation if experiencing dizziness, pain, illness, or distress

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Participant’s violation of rules
• Damage caused by Participant to persons or property
• Claims brought by third parties arising from Participant’s conduct

This obligation survives participation in the Activities.
SECTION IV – MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & EMERGENCY CARE
Participant acknowledges responsibility for determining whether participation is appropri-ate for their physical condition and understands they should consult a physician if uncer-tain.

Participant confirms they do not have a medical condition (such as a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, or a recent surgery or injury) that makes participation unsafe, or that a physician has cleared them to participate.

Participant understands that sauna use, cold plunges, and intense physical exertion may involve increased cardiovascular and health risks.

Participant consents to emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and accepts full financial responsibility for any resulting medical care.

World of Wellness does not provide medical supervision or medical services.
SECTION V – PROPERTY DISCLAIMER
Participant understands that World of Wellness is not responsible for lost, stolen, or dam-aged personal property. All personal belongings are brought at Participant’s sole risk.
SECTION VI – MEDIA RELEASE & USE OF INFORMATION
Participant grants World of Wellness the irrevocable right to photograph, film, record, and use Participant’s (and, if applicable, the minor participant’s) name, image, likeness, and voice in any lawful manner for marketing, promotional, advertising, or commercial pur-poses without compensation.

Participant waives any right to inspect or approve final materials.

Sharing of Information. Participant agrees that World of Wellness may share the con-tact and registration information Participant provides (such as name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code) with its sponsors, vendors, and event partners, who may contact Participant about their products, services, and offers. Each partner’s own privacy policy governs how it uses that information. World of Wellness will not share any medical or health information. Sharing a phone number does not by itself authorize marketing text messages, which require Participant’s separate consent. Participant may opt out of future sharing at any time by emailing hg@wowlakenona.com.
SECTION VII – FLORIDA MINOR PARTICIPANT WAIVER
FOR PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE:

NOTICE TO THE MINOR CHILD’S NATURAL GUARDI-AN

READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD ENGAGE IN A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY. YOU ARE AGREEING THAT, EVEN IF WORLD OF WELLNESS LLC USES REASONABLE CARE IN PROVIDING THIS ACTIVITY, THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR CHILD MAY BE SERIOUSLY INJURED OR KILLED BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY BE-CAUSE THERE ARE CERTAIN DANGERS INHERENT IN THE ACTIVITY WHICH CANNOT BE AVOIDED OR ELIMINATED. BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ARE GIV-ING UP YOUR CHILD’S RIGHT AND YOUR RIGHT TO RECOVER FROM WORLD OF WELLNESS LLC IN A LAWSUIT FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, TO YOUR CHILD OR ANY PROPERTY DAM-AGE THAT RESULTS FROM THE RISKS THAT ARE A NATURAL PART OF THE ACTIVITY. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO SIGN THIS FORM, AND WORLD OF WELLNESS LLC HAS THE RIGHT TO RE-FUSE TO LET YOUR CHILD PARTICIPATE IF YOU DO NOT SIGN THIS FORM.

Pursuant to Florida Statute §744.301, the undersigned parent or legal guardian acknowl-edges and agrees:

1. I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant.
2. I understand the inherent risks associated with the Activities.
3. I voluntarily consent to the minor’s participation.
4. I assume all inherent risks on behalf of the minor.
5. I release and waive claims the minor may have against the Released Parties arising from the inherent risks of the Activities, as permitted by Florida Statute §744.301(3).
SECTION VIII – GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any legal action arising from this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in Orange County, Florida.

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION IX – ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
By signing below, Participant acknowledges:

• They have carefully read and understood this Agreement
• They understand they are waiving substantial legal rights
• They voluntarily agree to its terms
• They understand participation is voluntary
• They are 18 or older, or are the parent or legal guardian signing for a minor
• An electronic signature or online acceptance of this Agreement has the same effect as a handwritten signature
