LEGAL NOTICE: 
Please read the following waiver of liability prior to participating or engaging in the WYO VIBE & VENTURE event (“Event”) or any other services provided by WYO VIBE & VENTURE and its owner, affiliate, organizers, and their respective employees, instructors,
managers, agents or directors.

By joining the Event, I acknowledge that I will be participating in activities that are potentially
dangerous. The waiver of liability is an agreement that attendance at the Event is strictly voluntary
and of my own choice and that I agree to fully accept personal responsibility for any and all foreseen and unforeseen events that may occur during the Event.

I understand that the Event involves voluntary activities such as consuming food and beverages
(including those containing Creatine, sodium, magnesium, and/or CBD), a cold plunge, dunk
tanks, sauna sessions, compression therapy, stretching exercises, physical activities, weight lifting,
dancing, intravenous (IV) treatments, intramuscular injections, red light therapy, social gatherings,
musical performances, chiropractic treatments, massages, and other similar activities.

I am participating in the Event with the understanding and on the condition that:
• I am voluntarily participating in the Event. As a condition of participation, I represent and warrant that I am physically able to participate in the event activities and utilize the equipment and services associated with the Event.
• I have had an opportunity to consult my physician prior to participating in the Event. If I choose to engage in fitness activities, all physical activity and participation in activities offered through the event are undertaken by me at my own risk. I have read and agree to the below Waiver of Liability.
• WYO VIBE & VENTURE LLC does not warrant the safety of (and is released from liability and/or negligence for) all exercise equipment or surroundings.
• I acknowledge and agree that WYO VIBE & VENTURE has the right to remove any participant from the Event, without providing a reason and without any obligation to issue a refund.
• I understand that the Event will proceed regardless of weather conditions, however, WYO VIBE & VENTURE has the sole discretion to determine whether a refund will be issued or the Event rescheduled in the event of cancellation.
• I agree that my electronic signature or acknowledgement via checkbox is a legally binding
signature. This electronic consent applies to all provisions of this agreement and signifies my acceptance of all its terms.

• SAUNA and COLD PLUNGE: The “Fire & Ice” zone involves extreme temperature changes which place significant stress on the body.
o AGE RESTRICTION: Use of the sauna and cold plunge is for paid attendees only and is not recommended to anyone under the age of 16.

*Health Warning: No sauna session should exceed 20
minutes. Participants should exit the sauna if they feel dizzy or overheated. You should Not use the sauna or cold plunge if you have a history of heart disease, high/low blood pressure, respiratory issues, or are pregnant. WYO VIBE & VENTURE LLC is not liable for any adverse reactions, fainting, or injuries resulting from temperature exposure.

• NUTRITION & SAMPLES (CREATINE & ELECTROLYTES): Product samples may be provided by third-party vendors. You are responsible for knowing your medical history before consuming any supplements.

o Creatine Warning: Do not consume Creatine samples if you: are pregnant or breastfeeding; have kidney disease or renal impairment; have liver disease; are a young child; or have certain genetic disorders or conditions like diabetes.

o Electrolyte Warning: Consume electrolyte drinks with caution if you have kidney disease, heart failure, high blood pressure, or are taking medications that affect
potassium or sodium levels.

• MEDIA RELEASE: I agree to be photographed or filmed during the event and grant WYO VIBE & VENTURE LLC the right to use my image for future marketing purposes.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Under the following provision, the participant is releasing certain legal rights. PLEASE READ THIS LANGUAGE
CAREFULLY.

I understand that participating in the Event is voluntary and involves inherent risks. Any exercise or fitness activity or participation in activities offered through the Event and its associated services, has an inherent risk of personal injury. This may include, without limitation, damages or injuries that may result from:
• Exercise or exercise-induced illness or injuries, including but not limited to heart attack, stroke, heart stress, drowning or asphyxiation, concussions, burns of varying degree, allergic reactions, sprains, broken bones, and muscle, joint, ligament, back, and neck injuries. Such injuries may arise from participation in supervised or unsupervised activities or programs within or outside of the Event, to the extent sponsored or endorsed by the
Event;
• Injuries that arise from my failure to seek prior physician consult, evaluation, and approval to engage in the Event;
• Slips, falls, and other accidental injuries sustained on or as a result of the location and/or equipment used by me to participate in the Event, such as machines, fixtures, weights, treadmills, bikes, and exercise bands or my physical surroundings;
• Injuries sustained as a result of the acts or omission of myself or other Event participants, or;

• Damage to or loss of my property used by me in connection with my participation in
activities through the Event.

I acknowledge that WYO VIBE & VENTURE LLC and the City of Sheridan will not be responsible for these or any other injuries or damages I sustain in connection with my use of any equipment or service, or my participation in activities offered by the Event. As a condition of such use and participation, I agree that my engagement and participation in activities through the Event will be undertaken by me at my sole risk and responsibility, and without any liability to me on the part of the Event and all Event representatives, agents, directors and affiliates. I accept full responsibility for my use of any and all equipment and fixtures as well as any programs and activities provided by the Event.

I, on behalf of myself and my executor, administrator, heirs, representatives, assigns, and successors do hereby expressly forever release, hold harmless and discharge WYO VIBE & VENTURE LLC, the City of Sheridan,
and all Event representatives from all direct or indirect injuries (including death), damages, expenses, costs, claims, demands, liabilities, or legal or equitable actions or causes of action of any kind, that result from my use of any service or my participation in any activities through
the Event, including, without limitation, any acts of active or passive negligence on the part of the Event or any Event representatives, or the active or passive negligence or intentional misconduct of other participants in the Event. I agree that this release and waiver of liability
covers activities and injuries, as described herein, that may result from supervised or unsupervised activities. I hereby further agree to indemnify and hold harmless WYO VIBE & VENTURE LLC, the City of Sheridan and the Event representatives and affiliates from any
and all such claims.

GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this Waiver is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced as written to the extent permitted by law.

I acknowledge that I have fully read and reviewed the foregoing document, that I fully understand its contents, and that all questions about this document, if any, have been answered.
