🧘 THIS WEEK’S INSTRUCTOR:

Ashish Arora traded a 16-year engineering career in the tech and gaming world for a life of yogaβ€”and hasn’t looked back. Since completing his first Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, he has gone on to teach thousands of students, lead up to 20 classes a week, and run his own yoga school. Expect a class that’s playful, challenging, and full of heart, with wisdom from yogic philosophy woven throughout. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈβœ¨
