This collaborative experience with Joy Victoria and Mecca Elevated  offers a space to release tension, and reconnect through the  practices of Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation. Guided by Joy’s steady presence, you’ll settle into each movement.&#x20;

As you rest into each movement, Mecca intertwines  sound helping you to soften, the breath deepen, and the mind quiet. Set in the Women’s Park and Garden Park, this session offers an intentional pause in the flow of the week.

*All levels are welcome. Please bring a mat, water, and any props needed*
