Class Description -&#x20;

You can expect mostly seated and laying down meditative postures to open the soma(body). We’ll hold each pose for 3 to 6 minutes. This allows for the fascia -the connective tissues in the body, to really respond to each pose and to release all tension. To naturally soften and open.

By registering for the Yin Yoga Class hosted by Ava Wolfe, I acknowledge and agree to the following waiver and release of liability:

Voluntary Participation

I understand that this class involves guided Yin Yoga practices, which may include long-held passive postures, deep stretching, controlled breathing, mindfulness, and periods of stillness. I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge that participation is optional and self-directed.

Yin Yoga Risks & Acknowledgment

I understand that Yin Yoga may produce physical, emotional, or mental responses, including but not limited to:

Deep muscular or connective tissue sensation

Temporary discomfort from sustained stretching

Emotional release

Changes in breathing or heart rate

Lightheadedness or fatigue

I acknowledge that Yin Yoga may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions, including but not limited to:

Joint instability or recent orthopedic injury

Cardiovascular or respiratory conditions

Neurological disorders

Pregnancy

Recent surgery

Severe anxiety or panic disorders

I affirm that I have considered my personal health status and consulted a qualified healthcare provider if necessary prior to participation.

Personal Responsibility

I affirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this class and that I take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and well-being.

I agree to:

Practice within my own limits

Modify or stop participation at any time

Use props or supports as needed

Inform the instructor of any injuries or concerns

Notify staff if I experience pain, dizziness, or distress

I understand that this class is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment and that no specific outcomes or benefits are guaranteed.

Premises & Environmental Risks

I acknowledge that participation in this class and presence within the Optimyze facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, equipment-related injuries, or other environmental hazards. I agree to move mindfully within the space and assume responsibility for my personal safety while on the premises.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Lab PHX3, LLC d/b/a Optimyze, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, volunteers, instructors, facilitators (including Ava Wolfe), and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in this class or my presence on the premises, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, illness, property damage, or loss.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Arizona)

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising from this class or event shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Arizona.
