This is a three-part, all-levels Vin-Yin yoga series focused on slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and building a yoga practice one small step at a time.

Each 60-minute class combines gentle flowing movement with longer, restful stretches.&#x20;



Beginners are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required.



**Series dates:**

August 20 at 6:30 p.m.
September 3 at 6:30 p.m.
September 17 at 6:30 p.m.



You may attend one class or join us for the full series.



**Tickets are $15 per person, per class. Each date requires a separate ticket.**



Each class includes a **complimentary** kombucha from Golda Kombucha.





Please bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing.
