Awaken your mind with clarity, learn to be present with yourself, and start your day feeling refreshed with a 45-minute yoga session at 7:15 a.m. every Tuesday with the Director of Yoga from TruFusion, Casey! He has over 6 years of experience and is the king of inversions and breathwork. Casey will guide you through a mindful moment of practice that will leave you feeling grounded and ready to conquer your day!

The class will incorporate movement, breathwork, and deep rest. The class is also suitable for all fitness levels!

Please bring a mat, towel, and bottle of water. These items will also be available to rent at the session.

Please park in the TMC3 Collaborative Building and grab a parking ticket or park in the service lot next to the TMC3 Collaborative Building garage. Go to the elevators and up to the first floor, where you will see the front desk. Go straight out of the doors to the park and follow us on social media to obtain the latest class updates due to changes in the weather.
