After the yoga session, use the breath you practiced to endure the restorative cold plunge, revitalizing your body and invigorating your senses. 

But the adventure doesn't end there! For those seeking an extra thrill, Brooklyn Boulders offers the option to rock climb at the end of the event. (Climbing equipment can be rented separately but the drop in fee is included in your ticket price.)
