Jenny, Inner Tide Healing

Hi, I’m Jenny ✨ Wellness and yoga found me when I needed them most during one of the hardest chapters of my life. I was struggling emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially. My “night of the dark soul” if you will, It was also the time I chose to give up alcohol and begin making healthier choices, learning (and relearning) along the way to give myself grace. Yoga and wellness have guided me from feeling lost to finding purpose, from quiet people-pleasing to speaking bravely even when it feels scary.
