Start your Sunday with breath, movement, and connection. This all-levels outdoor yoga class is for anyone looking to slow down, get grounded, and move with intention—whether it’s your first time on the mat or your hundredth.

Each flow is accessible and thoughtfully guided, taking into account the energy of the group. After class, stick around to connect, chat, and meet others. Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and whatever version of yourself you’re arriving with.

Right after class, the Mueller Farmers’ Market is in full swing (10 AM–2 PM). It’s one of the best in the city—local, vibrant, and full of good energy.

YOGA CLASS LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE
Instructor: Espoir Heimlich Michalek
Event: Weekly Donation-Based Yoga Class

I, [ Participants Name ], acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in a yoga class led by Espoir Heimlich Michalek. I understand that yoga includes physical movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, which may involve a risk of injury.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I recognize that:

Yoga involves physical exertion, which may result in injury, soreness, or medical complications.
It is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating, especially if I have any existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations.
I will listen to my body, modify poses as needed, and inform the instructor of any health concerns before class begins.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation and waive any claims against Espoir Heimlich Michalek, event organizers, property owners, and affiliated persons or entities for any injury, illness, or damages incurred before, during, or after the class. This waiver applies even if an injury results from negligence.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
I understand that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being.
I agree to stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.
I will not hold the instructor liable for any pre-existing conditions aggravated by participation.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE (Optional)
I grant permission for photos/videos taken during class to be used for promotional purposes.
