hii! valentina villegas (@mvmtbyv) and PADL (@ridepadl) would love to invite you to start your morning with a beach yoga flow — followed by beach swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding on the ocean  🌞

included with each ticket is a donation to te amo foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about *mental health & suicide prevention*… to find more information please visit our instagram @te.amo.foundation

whether this is your first yoga class or you’re a seasoned yogi, *anyone is welcome to join!*

ticket options:
– yoga only: $35 (includes a donation to the te amo foundation)
– yoga + paddle & lounge: $55 (includes a $5 donation + use of 1 umbrella, 1–2 chairs, and a tandem kayak or two paddle boards until 10:30 AM)

*p.s.* the paddle & lounge combo is available on-site and ready for you right after class. you'll be set up right on the water following your flow.

Ticket includes: 1-hour guided beach yoga. A portion of each ticket goes to support the Te Amo Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to raising mental health awareness and supporting those impacted by suicide. 

Ticket includes: 1-hour guided beach yoga + the paddle & lounge setup for 2.5hrs.  This includes: 1 umbrella, 1–2 beach chairs, & 1 tandem kayak OR 2 paddle boards (available until 10:30 AM).
