YOGA IN THE PARK – PARTICIPATION WAIVER

By participating in Yoga in the Park, I acknowledge that yoga and physical activity involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being during the class.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will modify or stop participation as needed. I release Carolina Chavez, instructors, organizers, and affiliated parties from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation.

I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during the event and may be used for social media, marketing, promotional, or community purposes. By participating, I consent to the use of my image and likeness unless I notify the organizer in advance.

By attending this class, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to this waiver.
