Event Participation Waiver and Media Release

By registering for or attending a She GLWS event, including but not limited to yoga classes, wellness gatherings, workshops, community meetups, and related activities (collectively referred to as the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in wellness and fitness activities, including yoga, movement, meditation, or other physical activities offered during She GLWS events, involves inherent risks.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur, including but not limited to:

• physical injury
• muscle strain or soreness
• slips, falls, or accidents
• illness or medical complications

You agree that you are responsible for listening to your body and participating at a level that feels safe and appropriate for you.

2. Health Responsibility

By attending the Event, you confirm that:

• you are physically able to participate in light to moderate movement or wellness activities
• you understand participation is voluntary
• you will modify or stop any activity that causes discomfort

If you have any medical concerns, injuries, or conditions, you agree to consult a healthcare professional before participating.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:

She GLWS, its founder, event organizers, instructors, partners, sponsors, vendors, venue hosts, and affiliates

from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or losses that may arise from participation in the Event.

This includes injuries or damages resulting from participation in yoga, movement activities, or general attendance at the Event.

4. Venue & Vendor Acknowledgment

She GLWS events may include participation from third party vendors, wellness brands, or community partners.

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that She GLWS is not responsible for:

• products or services provided by vendors
• individual vendor interactions
• personal purchases made during the event

5. Photo & Video Release

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

These photos and videos may be used by She GLWS and its partners for purposes including but not limited to:

• social media
• marketing and promotional materials
• future event promotion
• press or media coverage
• brand partnerships

You grant She GLWS the right to use your image, likeness, and voice without compensation or additional approval.

6. Email & Communication Consent

By registering for the Event, you agree that your email address may be added to the She GLWS community mailing list.

Your contact information may also be shared with select event partners, sponsors, or vendors for the purpose of providing wellness resources, event updates, or promotional offers related to the Event.

You may unsubscribe from communications at any time.

7. Acknowledgment

By registering for or attending a She GLWS event, you confirm that:

• you have read and understand this waiver
• you voluntarily agree to its terms
• you accept full responsibility for your participation
