Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful technique that allows you to enter a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully aware. It is a practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional healing.

Yoga Nidra has shown positive impacts on various aspects of well-being, including sleep, stress levels, and cognitive function. Studies indicate that Yoga Nidra can improve sleep efficiency, decrease wake time after sleep onset, and increase delta waves, the brainwaves associated with deep sleep. Additionally, it has been linked to reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood, and enhanced cognitive performance, such as reaction times and memory. 

During this session, our experienced yoga instructor will guide you through a series of light breathwork, mindfulness, self bodyscan and guided relaxation.&#x20;

No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All levels are welcome. Reserve your spot now and experience the profound benefits of Yoga Nidra!

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be purchased in advance online as we do have an event capacity to accommodate.

Sound Bath

Waiver and Release of Liability:

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the class offered by Find Your Power Wellness. I understand that classes may include, but are not limited to, various modalities such as energy healing, guided meditation, sound healing, coaching, yoga, movement, somatic experiencing, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, aromatherapy and other holistic and alternative practices.

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in this class involves inherent risks, including but not limited to emotional, physical, and psychological discomfort. I assume full responsibility for my participation and any consequences that may arise.

2. Medical Disclaimer: I will and have informed the facilitator of any relevant class related concerns I may have. I understand that this class is not a substitute for medical treatment, mental health treatment, or therapy, and I will consult with my healthcare provider if I have any questions or concerns.

3. Financial Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am financially responsible for all services rendered by Find Your Power Wellness. I agree to pay the full price for my participation in the classes at time of ticket purchase, regardless of my satisfaction with the results once the class has been completed. I understand that no refunds, exchanges, or account credits will be given for any reason.

4. Class Policy: I understand that if I need to cancel my participation, I must do so at least 48 hours prior to the start of each class. If I cancel less than 48 hours prior, a late fee of $15 will be added to my account balance. I acknowledge that a no-show for classes will incur a fee of $15, which will also be applied to my account. All balances must be paid in full prior to participating in future classes.

5. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Find Your Power Wellness, its facilitators, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in any and all classes, events, and workshops I participate in.

6. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Services: I understand that Find Your Power Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services to any participant at any time, for any reason deemed appropriate by the facilitator and staff.

7. Confidentiality: I understand that my personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without my consent, except as required by law.

8. Agreement to Terms: By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have read and understand the terms of this waiver form and agree to abide by them.
 
9. Consent for Electronic Signature: I consent to the use of electronic signatures and acknowledge that my electronic signature is equivalent to my handwritten signature for the purpose of this waiver form.

10. Agreement to Terms: By signing this waiver, I confirm that I have read and understand the terms of this waiver form and agree to abide by them. I will do all in my power to follow the direction of staff and all safety requirements, and I will seek clarification if necessary. I will and have informed the facilitator of any relevant class related concerns that may interfere with my participation, prior to the start of the class.
