By registering for and participating in Yoga on the Wharf, I acknowledge that yoga, fitness, and outdoor activities involve inherent risks of injury. 

I voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being during the event.

I certify that I am physically able to participate and will modify, rest, or discontinue participation if needed. I understand that I am responsible for consulting with a healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless Power of Your Om, its owners, instructors, staff, volunteers, partners, and the City of Santa Barbara from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation in this event.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used by Power of Your Om for marketing, promotional, educational, website, email, and social media purposes. 

By participating, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your image and likeness without compensation.
