We’re brining you a 60 Min Yoga flow guided by Luisa Carnevali & Carla Stefanelli designed to connect you with yourself and with those around you in a playful, heart opening way. Without the pressures of being in a studio or surrounded by mirrors, you will be moving to an ALL levels class

It’s about letting loose, releasing the pressure of performative yoga, connection, balance, and most importantly FUN! our intention is to flow in community :)
