Join The Girls Agenda for an afternoon of yoga and pumpkin painting at Margaret Pace Park. We'll kick things off with a guided yoga session by @roshitheyogi, then spend the rest of the afternoon painting mini pumpkins, hanging out, and getting to know each other.

Coming solo? Even better. A lot of our girls do, so don't be shy! 🎃

By registering for and attending The Girls Agenda's Yoga + Pumpkin Painting event on October 25, 2026, at Margaret Pace Park, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in yoga and pumpkin painting involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, allergic reactions, and accidents involving art supplies or equipment.

I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for my own health, safety, and personal belongings. I understand that I should participate only within my physical abilities and may stop any activity at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release The Girls Agenda, its organizers, instructors, volunteers, and event partners from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from ordinary negligence in connection with my participation. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be waived.

I understand that this event takes place outdoors and may involve uneven surfaces, heat, and changing weather conditions.

By agreeing to this waiver, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read and understood these terms, and voluntarily agree to participate.

**Photo & Video Consent:** I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. I may notify an organizer before the event if I do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
