Join us for an uplifting Yoga Social—where movement meets meaningful connection.

We’ll begin with an intentional, all-levels yoga class designed to ground your body, open your heart, and connect you to the present moment. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is all about showing up as you are and sharing good energy on the mat.

After our practice, the vibe continues off the mat. We’ll head to a local lounge nearby for a relaxed hangout. This is your chance to unwind, grab a drink or snack, and connect with like-minded souls in a laid-back setting. Just good people and great conversations.

Come solo or bring a friend—either way, you’ll leave feeling more connected, inside and out.
