Vinyasa flow for all levels in a serene outdoor setting amongst the beautiful Bamboo and Orchid Garden.
The flow will be guided by Mayce Palker, founder of Mindful Healing Co. After the flow, enjoy a relaxing sound bath meditation. My hope is that after the class, you will feel a renewed sense of energy ♡

I, the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in yoga classes and related activities offered by Mindful Healing Co. I understand that yoga involves physical movement, which may be strenuous, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in these activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the yoga sessions.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Mindful Healing Co., its instructors, employees, or agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, while participating in yoga classes or activities, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise.

I understand and acknowledge that Mindful Healing Co. does not provide medical insurance for participants. 

I grant permission to Mindful Healing Co. to take photographs and/or video recordings of me during the yoga classes or events. I agree that these photos and/or videos may be used for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, or other materials. I understand that my image may be used without compensation or further consent.

If I do not wish to have my image used, I understand it is my responsibility to inform the instructor before class or during any photography/videography session.

I consent to receive email communications from Mindful Healing Co. sponsors, and vendors from the events, including information about future yoga classes, workshops, promotions, and other offerings. I understand that I may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or contacting Mindful Healing Co. directly.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindful Healing Co. against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs.

I have read this waiver and release of liability form in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above by signing below.
