Feeling anxious, tense, or drained? This one-hour experience is your chance to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

We will begin with a grounding movement to help you get out of our head and feel into your body. You will learn simple breathwork, mindfulness practices, and mindset shifts you can incorporate into your daily life.

Following this,  we will settle into a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to help calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and support emotional release.

Leave feeling lighter, empowered, and equipped with tools to navigate stress and anxiety with greater ease, all while giving your body and mind a deeply healing reset.

You’ll move through:
• Gentle, grounding yoga
• Calming breathwork
• A deeply soothing sound bath to release stress and settle your nervous system

What to Bring:
• Journal and pen for notes and reflections
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort during the sound bath

This workshop is beginner-friendly and open to all who wish to learn how to manage stress and anxiety with more compassion and ease while nurturing their mind, body, and spirit..
