Location: 3930 South Le Jeune Road, Coral Gables, FL 33134- Went Hall. When you are facing the front of the church, make a left and go through the black gate and you will find us 5 door to your left!

Here is some information on our wonderful instructor, Emily Nourishirazi.

Emily has been practicing yoga for the past 7 years and recently completed her 200-hour teacher training. She started yoga to manage her stress and incorporate a balance of strength and flexibility into her routine. This class is suitable for all levels and practitioners. We have mats for rent and have concessions for purchase.
