More than just movement, these yoga classes are an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself. Through mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and thoughtful themes woven throughout class, you'll cultivate strength, flexibility, presence, and a deeper sense of well-being—both on and off the mat.

When you arrive to the Entrada Apt. complex, head to the leasing office. Follow the palm trees all the way to the second round about. There will be a set of stairs to your right. Walk down the stairs, the door to the apt will be propped open. Follow the hallway down, on your left hand side will be the Zen Room. 
You’ve made it! Exactly where you’re meant to be.
