Terms & Conditions for Participation in om nom nom ("Event")

Liability:
1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and agree that participation in the Event, including any yoga classes and related activities, is voluntary and involves inherent risks and dangers that could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to yourself, your property, or to third parties. By participating, you accept and assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even those arising from the negligence of the hosts.
2. Release of Liability: You expressly agree to release and discharge Om Nom Nom hosts, their officers, agents, and employees (collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions that you may have for injuries, death, or damages arising out of your participation in the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Health and Fitness:
1. Fitness to Participate: You attest that you are physically fit and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. You acknowledge that the yoga class requires physical exertion, which may be strenuous, and you are responsible for ensuring your own readiness and safety.
2. Medical Responsibility: You are responsible for consulting with a medical professional prior to participating in the Event if you have any health concerns, medical conditions, or are taking any medications that could be affected by exercise. The hosts are not responsible for providing medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis.

Food and Beverages:
1. Optional Consumption: Tea and light snacks may be provided during the Event. You understand that consumption of any food and beverages provided during the Event is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
2. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: You agree to notify the hosts of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance of the Event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, the hosts cannot guarantee that food and beverages will be free of specific allergens.

Personal Belongings:
1. Safety and Security: You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings during the Event. The hosts shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property.
2. Photography and Recording: By participating in the Event, you grant the hosts permission to capture your image, voice, and likeness in photographs or recordings for promotional and documentation purposes, without compensation or further approval.
3. Data Sharing Agreement: If you register for an Event, you consent to the sharing of your registration information and any photographs with om nom nom and Neon Spaces LLC for their use in accordance with their privacy policies.

Code of Conduct:
1. Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times during the Event. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior towards other participants or hosts may result in immediate expulsion from the Event without refund.
2. Changes to Terms: The hosts reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting at the Event venue or on the Event website.
3. Event Cancellation: The hosts reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event at any time for any reason. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered participants of significant changes.

Acceptance of Terms:
1. Agreement: By registering for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and you agree to be legally bound by them.
