Health Responsibility
I affirm that I am physically able to participate in this event and have consulted a physician if necessary. I agree to listen to my body, modify movements as needed, and stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Higher Vibration Living, Giavanna Moran, Loft Lucia, event staff, volunteers, sponsors (including IV-X), and any affiliated partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in this event.

Personal Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and well-being during the event. I understand that yoga mats and personal equipment are my responsibility unless otherwise provided.

Food & Beverage Acknowledgment
I understand that beverages or refreshments may be provided at this event. I assume responsibility for any dietary restrictions, allergies, or sensitivities.

Photo & Media Release
I understand that photographs or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, I grant permission to Higher Vibration Living to use images or video in marketing, social media, or promotional materials unless I notify the host otherwise.

Agreement
