Join us on the courts of the Tennis Club of Hastings where two tennis pro’s will be  leading small group lessons followed by some open play and recovery stretch sessions with Rachel of Body Language Fitness. Wear your cutest tennis attire! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

Ticket will include a small group tennis lesson, a stretch session with Body Language Fitness, open play sign ups, hydration stations, light refreshments, and a complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage from Match Point Cafe & Bar. Followed by a cash bar. 

Lockers will be available for use, no locks will be provided, feel free to bring your own. 

Please bring your own racquet, there is a very limited quantity of rackets for use. 

Tennis-specific shoes are not required, just a soft soles shoe is preferred.

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
 I understand that my participation in the group fitness class is completely voluntary and at my own risk. I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in the activity and have consulted with a physician if I have any health concerns.

Assumption of Risk
 I understand that fitness activities involve inherent risks including, but not limited to, falls, sprains, strains, or more serious injury. I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation.

Release of Liability
 In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Negative Space, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and event partners (collectively “the Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities for injury, illness, damages, or losses arising from or related to my participation in this fitness event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Third-Party Instructors
 I understand that the fitness class may be led by an independent instructor or third-party fitness professional. Negative Space is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any such instructors and does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the instruction.

Medical Treatment
 In the event of injury or illness, I authorize the Released Parties to obtain medical treatment for me, if necessary. I agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

Photography/Media Release (Optional)
 I give permission for any photographs or video footage taken during the event to be used for promotional or marketing purposes by Negative Space, with no compensation due to me.

Binding Agreement
 I have read this waiver and release in its entirety. I understand it, and I agree that it shall be binding upon me, my heirs, successors, and legal representatives.
