Giant Slide & Interactive Activities

The Festival may include optional interactive experiences such as the giant slide, pool party, and workshops. Participation in these activities is at your own risk.

You understand that physical activities involve inherent risks (including slips, falls, collisions, or other accidents) and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

You certify that you are in good physical condition to safely participate and will follow all posted rules and staff instructions.

Medical Treatment

In the event of injury or illness, you consent to receive reasonable medical care and agree to be responsible for any related costs.

Photo & Video Release

By entering the Festival grounds, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be recorded and used for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.
