Expect to get a few games in with opportunities to socialize in between games.

Come rep your industry and compete against different industries for a small prize. Players from the winning industry:

* Will get a complimentary guest pass to bring a new person to the next pickleball social at no cost
* Choose the spot for the post-pickleball dinner
* Will be featured in our wall of fame photo with our championship belt 😉

Come solo or bring a friend. After the games, we’ll get dinner at a restaurant nearby.

\> 6:45 - 7pm: Check-in&#x20;
\> 7 - 8pm: Pickleball games (beginners and non-beginners play on different courts)&#x20;
\> 8pm: Final game wrap-up&#x20;
\> 8 - 8:15pm: Group photo&#x20;
\> 8:15pm: Optional post-pickleball dinner

I understand that pickleball is a physical sport and that playing in outdoor open-play events organized by Young Professional Pickleball and Golf Socials involves risks, including falls, collisions, sprains, pulled muscles, dehydration, being hit by a ball or paddle, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. I understand these events take place at rented courts in Houston, Texas (the “Facility”), and that conditions such as heat, sun, uneven or slick surfaces, and other outdoor factors can increase these risks. I choose to participate voluntarily and I am responsible for my own health, hydration, and decision to play.

In exchange for being allowed to participate, I agree to assume all risks of injury or damage arising from my participation and I release and discharge Young Professional Pickleball and Golf Socials, its organizer, the Facility, and their staff and assistants from any and all claims for injury, illness, property damage, or death related to my participation, including those caused in whole or in part by their ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law. I understand this release does not apply to claims based on gross negligence or willful misconduct.
