Every Friday at 9am, all summer long — May 29 through Labor Day weekend (September 4). A weekly women's ruck (aka walk with weight) in the Hamptons. Show up once, show up every week — this is your summer anchor.



The details:

* -Meet at 8:50am at the [Sagaponack General Store](https://www.instagram.com/sagaponackgeneralstore/)
* -Step off at 9am sharp
* -Start + end at Sagaponack General Store — stay after for coffee + connection
* -Bring a weighted vest, walk without, or borrow one of ours (first come, first served)
* -All levels and paces welcome
* -Women only
