YVO Hamptons Weekly Women's Ruck

 

Every Friday at 9am, all summer long — May 29 through Labor Day weekend (September 4). A weekly women's ruck (aka walk with weight) in the Hamptons. Show up once, show up every week — this is your summer anchor.

 

The details:

• -Meet at 8:50am at the Sagaponack General Store
• -Step off at 9am sharp
• -Start + end at Sagaponack General Store — stay after for coffee + connection
• -Bring a weighted vest, walk without, or borrow one of ours (first come, first served)
• -All levels and paces welcome
• -Women only
