Join us Wednesday every week for an YVO Warrior  women's ruck (walk with weight) at 6:30pm.



These rucks are hosted in partnership with [Canyon Ranch Austin](https://www.instagram.com/canyonranchaustin/?hl=en "Canyon Ranch Austin"), who will be sponsoring YVO Warrior Vests to sample as loaners (first-come, first-serve).



**The details:**

-Meet at 6:20pm at [TFK](https://share.google/iyrFK4n07QmSzT2rO "True Food Kitchen")

-Step off at 6:30pm sharp

-We start and end at the TFK. Stick around after to refuel and connect

-Bring a weighted vest, walk without, or borrow one of our sponsored Canyon Ranch YVO Warrior vest loaners.

-All levels and paces welcome
