You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through Pinecrest.



We meet **Thursdays at 8:50am at the** [**Salty Sisters Cafe**](https://share.google/53W36p4tQI5fYoUWB) **in Pinecrest Gardens** and head out at 9:00am for movement and connection.



Bring your own vest, walk without one, or borrow from us—limited vests available on a first-come basis. All levels welcome.



Afterwards, stay to refuel with the community at the Salty Sisters Cafe.
